These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuantEV+ website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

QuantEV+ provides interview-style quantitative practice, games, and assessments, and may display performance metrics such as scores and percentiles.

We may update, add, remove, or change parts of the Service over time.

3. Accounts

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to use the Service.
  • Accuracy: You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate.
  • Security: You're responsible for activities under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

QuantEV+ may offer free and paid plans (e.g. "PRO").

  • Billing: If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the prices shown at checkout (including any applicable taxes).
  • Renewals: Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time via your billing portal. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Changes to pricing: We may change prices or plan features in the future. If required, we'll provide notice before changes take effect.

Refunds: Unless required by law or explicitly stated at purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account or access.
  • Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code (except to the extent permitted by law).
  • Circumvent paywalls, access controls, or security features.
  • Use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, or harm others.
  • Upload or transmit malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service (including games, questions, explanations, UI, branding, and content) is owned by QuantEV+ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own practice purposes while your account is in good standing.

7. User Content & Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Third-Party Services

QuantEV+ may rely on third-party providers (e.g., payments, analytics, authentication, hosting). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

QuantEV+ is an educational practice platform. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, job offers, or performance improvements.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantEV+ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

QuantEV+'s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to QuantEV+ for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you haven't paid, £0).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you violate these Terms,
  • we must do so to comply with law,
  • or to protect QuantEV+, our users, or the integrity of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Statement.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., by posting an update on the site). Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
